I have already used the this program that the dear admin platomav published in GitHub

I have unpacked many files with this program
but this time I could not unpack the file with this program
When using it, it gives an error that I attach a photo of the error

just to confirm,
you need Universal C Runtime,Python 3.9,PyInstaller,VAIO_Package_Extract and console version of the 7zip

You need 7z.exe and 7z.dll near VAIO_Package_Extract.exe
