Hello. Need some help.
I have GIGABYTE B760M AORUS ELITE AX motherboard and QXQ4 ES CPU. It’s not starting at all on this motherboard. UBU tool showed no 90670 or 90671 microcodes. So I replaced microcodes one by one. 90670 with no result. after replacing to 90671 motherboard started, chipset lights appeared and CPU fan reduced its speed. Seems it’s right correct microcode. But steel have no signal on monitor.
Before modding bios I have tried all BIOSes from GIGABYTE website, latest appeared few days ago. Also tried motherboard with i5-13600f to ensure motherboard, RAM and PSU are functional.
I know that ES CPUs have disabled first x16 PCI-e slot and tried both iGPU and working GA-R575SL GPU in second PCI-e x4 slot. Both not working so far.
I would appreciate any usefull information which can help. Tools to diagnose (may be PC speaker or POST card?) Someone on youtube said ES CPUs have locked RAM speeds and only MSI boards can automatically reduce it to make boot possible. The board started with RAM speed 4000 MHz when I tested it with i5-13600f and I have reduced it to 2000 MHz but since that i have reset cmos many times so it’s default again.
For now I stopped on BIOS version F18c from official website with replaced microcode using UBU tool to cpu90671_plat82_ver0000001C_2021-06-14_PRD_41B7E16B.bin. It seems to boot, chipset LEDs are on, and CPU fan speed is reduced but still no signal on monitor.
ubu may too old for new bios, it may corrupt.
i use hex editor made it. i replaced b0670(rpl es) with 90671.

Thank you. No luck though… I’ve found a PC speeaker and it said 5 beeps, which means CPU error for GIGABYTE.
