HP latest sp156383 bios 08A4C.bin file is a full Intel image ready to program.
DMI block transfer should be from 0x801000 to 0x802EFF, HEX editor.

So explain how and what you did to get this shared .rar file… since you’re saying a novice on the subject.

EDIT: You mean you already tried to program the Bios IC with the same files i pointed?
Experience is not an excuse, you are the one that needs to detail the methods tried and errors, behaviours observed… not us, we are not “wizards” or “almighty knowledge’s” for every POS brand/model in the market…

Using a programmer? Desoldered from the PCB?

I have pulled the BIOS and tried to transfer files but it didn’t work for me… I don’t have enough experience. This is something I asked for help from you, you are the ones with experience.

I downloaded the file from the company and programmed it but it works and the fan is strong…
