Help, ThinkPad X230 shutting down every 30 min

Hi!
I got an old ThinkPad X230 that, suddenly and out of the blue, started to shut down every exactly 30 min.
I tried me_cleaner on the 8MB BIOS but no luck, the laptop still shut down…
I’m running a CH341A programmer, Win 10 OS , i flashed the BIOS with the built in tool from CH341, btw i can onky read/write BIOS with an external programmer.
I already saw this thread but i can’t do the same thing on the X230 cuz idk how to extract Me-Region from Phoenix bios neither how to use that “fpt” tool with my Ch341A…

Here’s the bios dump (both 4Mb + 8MB original files), FL2 file is the whole 12MB 2.7 BIOS from Lenovo.
I’m complete lost on what should i do next and almost trashing this laptop

Thank you very much!

bios x230.rar (5.02 MB)

@dvsv - ME_Cleaner would break the ME, which was already broken, why did you do that? FPT tool is not used with CH341A, you use other software with CH341A.

Before I download anything, is the attached BIOS dumps from your programmer before you did anything to the BIOS (ie before ME cleaner)? If not, please attach those instead, need oldest original unedited dumps you have.
What did you make those dumps with, what tool/software etc? And please link exe package from Lenovo

Nvm, imma sell this laptop for scrap.

@dvsv - it can be fixed, no need to sell for scrap, unless you just don’t want to mess with it anymore?
