Help - Z87 clear CMOS - RAID 0 disk is incompatible

Hello. First sorry for bad english.
I’m from Denmark.

PC Specs:
MSI Z87 XPOWER
Intel Core i7-4790K.
GTX 1070 8GB
Corsair Vengeance Pro 16GB
XFX 1250W PSU
Seagate Barracuda 1TB

Samsung 960 EVO 250GB - PCI with adapter to run my OS (Windows 10 Pro)
And a flash bios for it to work. (Z87 chip)

RAID-0
Samsung 850 EVO - 500GB
Samsung 850 EVO - 500GB

After i have moved my computer around, and yesterday i got back home.
I set it up as normal, but it will not boot, i did som read on forums etc.
And the best idea, was to CLEAR CMOS. So i did read on my manual for mobo.
And i did the clear cmos, and load default profile for my BIOS.

After that i got my OS to boot again, (happy it works) when my RAID-0 got me a error.
Long story really short. Before the clear cmos the raid works perfect with both in “menber-disk” and my volume as 1tb with good status.

But now after cmos, it says one of the disk is incompatible.
i did run ‘CrystalDiskInfo’ but both SSD are fine, like 100% good.
And like before, both disk works before the clear cmos.

When i run in SATA MODE > AHCI both disk shows up in windows etc.
But then i set SATA MODE > RAID only 1 disk are menber-disk and other is 'incompatible’

I have try many things, change sata cable, and power cable, changed sata-ports many times.
always shows up as 'incompatible’

I will add some photo of the every thing, should be easy’er for you to undertand it from that.
So you can see all settings, please say if any more photo needed.

Hope somebody can help me out.
