ROG STRIX Z690-A GAMING WIFI D4 BIOS 3802
I don’t know much but I got intel ME version of 16.1.32.2473 while Asus on MB support page recommends 16.1.30.2307 for BIOS 3802 version.
How can I rollback or at least is it ok to use this vesion?
Because I started to get random BSOD’s today + my mouse or other USB devices for the past 2 months randomly disconnects then after 1 second they connects during gaming or even when I move my mouse fast on the desktop or while scrolling on internet.
The ME FW version shouldn’t and usually is not the “culprit” in your issues description…
Using latest Win drivers 2407.6.1.0 ?

The rollback is not always a good and safe operation and definitely NOT for unexperienced users.
Did you performed in the past the other FWs updates:
USB PD controller FW update (2021/11/17)
ALC4080/ALC4082 audio FW update tool release (2021/12/09)
PD FW Check Tool (2022/02/11)
PD FW Check Tool (2022/11/25)
These are more related to the reported issues…
Usually BSOD’s are related to windows device drivers, when constantly doing so, in reboots or short periods, then they can be also hw related (mb/chipset or other device malfunction)

Keep debugging it… cause i still cant point your issues to MW FW relation, still i could be wrong…
Installed all drivers from 2407.6.1.0, also used his mentioned MSI mode utility, set interupt priority to low for Intel(R) USB 3.20 eXtensible Host Controller - 1.20 (Microsoft) and noticed that mouse now disconnects only when I like flicker mouse really hard to the left and right (before disconencts was with less motion, I even set it to High and it was worse immidately).
Regarding BSOD: I will monitor and check.
I also installed those USB PD and its check tool + audio but nothing changed. I can just start moving my mouse very fast and it disconnects, then reconnects.
Before it was worse: even keyboard and audio disconnecting during cpu intensive gaming. But mouse disconnects no matter if i play games or scroll internet.
