I would like to ask how to change the spd memory information part of the BIOS in apple. My apple a1502 memory is only 8gb onboard. I want to change it to 16gb memory. How can I change the spd information in the BIOS to 16gb, can you tell me how to change the spd information Thank you!

Install 16GB of memory and then you’ll see 16GB memory 
SPD is information stored on a chip on the memory itself, this is not part of the BIOS. This can be modified on the memory itself, if your motherboard supports SPD dump/flashing, by using SPDTool or Taiphoon Burner, but this is risky to the memory itself if flash goes badly it will be ruined.
This best done on older Intel motherboards, like 975-P45
