How to add nvme module in insyde bios and flash it?

I found some mobos esp sever and laptop platform are insyde bios.
MMTOOL is useless for it.Could UEFITOOL be OK？
Here is the huawei serve C602 (Rh2288h V2) dumped bios without ME file. Thanks！
