I try to use UEFI tools to modified the bios but cannot flash to mainboard.
Does anyone have idea?

For Intel boards you usually cannot modify BIOS like that and reflash, you need flash programmer (CH341A) and possibly a SOIC8 test clip cable. Show me some good images of your motherboard and I can find BIOS and tell you if you need the cable or not.

Normal procedure to modify Intel BIOS is to use flash programmer to get a verified BIOS backup, copy that and save a copy somewhere safe, the modify the backup and reflash to the board.
