How to change the CPU fans policy on ASUS K43 series?

Hello,

I have an ancient laptop (K43SD) and at the moment I already:

1. Upgrading the CPU from i3 to i7 (new thermal pasta added)
2. Upgrading the RAM to 16GB (even though the official specs its said max to 8GB but somehow ASUS not limiting it on BIOS and follow the max supported RAM by the CPU so I believe the supported RAM for this laptop perhaps 32GB RAM with i7 CPU).
3. Use SSD and caddy for the addidional disk (HDD).
4. Unlock the bios so all options are change-able. Just in case I need eGPU.
5. Updating the Intel ME and CPU Microcode using UBU.

At the moment the laptop run stable and very fast compared to my old setup but I have problems with the default fans policy, under max load the temp is reaching 90 C (30 minute test with all CPU core 100% load), idle on 40-ish. Install the Notebook Fans Control and the max temp is around 80 C but somehow the software not work as expected under new Win 10 new build. I am trying to change the fan policy trough BIOS so the CPU fan will become more active.

On the BIOS setting (unlocked) there are a few fans related options but the BIOS value regarding this is ignored. Perhaps I need to modify the Intel ME or the EC but I do not know howto do it safely.

Can anyone help me regarding this?

Regards,
