How to clean a bios with an EXTR bin from the Repo

I am working on a bios that has an ME version 11.6.14.1241_SLM_H_D0_PRD. The only file in the repo is and EXTR file (11.6.14.1241_SLM_H_D0_PRD_EXTR.bin). Do I use the cleanup guide with the EXTR file?

For Apple systems you can use 11.8.50.3425_SLM_H_D0_PRD_EXTR while cleaning. Most of the Slim CSME 11 firmware are from stock Apple SPI/BIOS images so they are “clean” (configured-only) EXTR without Initialization Data.
