How to Clean ME region without backup file?

bios chip got damaged and unable to download back up file from it I have downloaded new file from official website and flashed it and the laptop turning on and before the booting the screen goes blank I want to clean the me region how can I do this without back up file

You’re not “Cleaning” anything on a default OEM firmware image, it’s already configured and ready to initialize…if a correct image was programmed.
