Acer 5830TG (LA-7221P) & 5760G (Quanta ZRJ) has same CX20584 HDA codecs. Difference between them is that 5830TG uses a digital microphone and 5760G uses analog microphone, which connected to different codec ports. If i just connect analog microphone instead digital on LA-7221P it won’t work, Windows just not see it. So i think ports should be configurated before OS starts. Why? Because microphone already defined and works on standart Microsoft HDA driver.
My plan: extract module which configure codec (if it exist) from ZRJ UEFI and replace it in LA-7221P UEFI, but i have problems with searching and identifying this module. Hope here i get help, thanks.
