My Acer Chromebook CP713-2W runs Windows 10/11. I would like to install Windows 10, but I am not sure how to go about it. the process of editing the bios bin file; hopefully, someone can assist me with this road map.

If you want to do a clean install of Win10 or Win11, I recommend to create a bootable USB Flash Drive by using the tool named Rufus. You can get it >here<.
