How to modify Smart Fan options in Aptio BIOS for Kilisre dual X99 motherboard

I have an X99 dual Xeon E5-26xx V3 motherboard and I want to modify the Smart Fan settings in the Aptio BIOS.

The Smart Fan settings in the BIOS only allow for changing the four temperature thresholds T1, T2, T3, and T4. The CPU fan speed (PWM duty cycle) is preset for each temperature threshold.

I want to be able to manually set the CPU fan speed (PWM duty cycle) for each temperature threshold. Or modify the preset PWM duty cycle for each temperature threshold.

I have the following tools for my BIOS
- AMIBCP version 5.02.0031
- MMTOOL
- UEFITool version 0.28.0

I have already used these tools to modify the BIOS to unlock max Turbo on all cores.

I have read through the 31 pages of the thread "[Guide] Manual AMI UEFI BIOS Modding". But it is not clear to me which module needs to be modified or how to modify it.

If u have a CH341, then proceed at ur own risk.
Change default string to USER on the hardware monitor items u need control, presuming that the sub-menu “Smart Fan Mode Configuration” is already present/displayed, if not also set it to USER in previous root.

EDIT: So try then the FAN PWM offset setting in the “IntelRCSetup”

Yes the sub-menu “Smart Fan Mode Configuration” is already present/displayed.

But, the only items in this submenu are for setting the temperature threshold values “Cpu Smart FanIV T1”, “Cpu Smart FanIV T2”, “Cpu Smart FanIV T3” , "Cpu Smart FanIV T4’. These can already be changed. There are no variables that relate to the PWM value.
