Apologies in advance; despite being well-versed in other aspects of hardware, this is my first time venturing into something like this. I’ve read a few guides here and there which only confused me more.
As I understand, the microcode can be rolled back by just flashing an earlier BIOS however the ME is much more difficult. Current ME firmware version: 12.0.31.1416. What is the simplest way of doing this? I’m also not opposed to someone providing the already-modified ready-to-flash file.
EDIT: Never mind. I ended up rolling back to BIOS 1.20/microcode 906EC 98 which improved OC performance. I don’t think the ME version was relevant after all.
