Your thread title doesn’t match the title of the Subforum “Important Drivers”, where you have posted.
Are you searching for a specific AMD AHCI/RAID driver or for a specific AMD AHCI/RAID BIOS module?
If you are searching for a newer/better driver for your on-board AMD AHCI or RAID Controller, you have posted into the wrong Subforum and should give us some additional information:
1. Which OS are you running?
2. Which are the HardwareIDs of your on-board SATA Controller?
You can find the latter by expanding the sections “IDE ATA/ATAPI Controllers” and/or “Storage Controllers” of the Device Manager, doing a right-click onto the listed SATA Controller and choosing the options “Properties” > “Details” > “Property” > “HardwareIDs”.
