UEFI\RES_{9d1a75ed-b8a0-4d63-9147-b4f344ac9309}&REV_F330000

That is usually related to " Windows UEFI Firmware Update Platform" updated by the OEM to the MS Catalog server, you should and can ignore that, this is basically bios updates so remove it from device manager, restart if still issue update the bios, if still persists, reinstall OS or you have a corrupted bios/firmware…

or

It can be this “Elantech Touch Pad Firmware” or similar…

As MeatWar states that’s a MS- update firmware / bios update, see

https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Search.aspx?q=9d1a75ed-b8a0-4d63-9147-b4f344ac9309

(Search for the given GUID in msupdate)

Those updates reside in a folder \windows\firmware[GUID) like for example (foreign GUID as example)

IF this an Intel system latest HP update would be F75, the latest offered from MS is F72

https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/hp-15-bs000-laptop-pc/15551412

Check if this is the correct machine type (though F72 downloaded from MS and F72 from this HP-page look identical)

I’d recommend updating the firmware manually and if possible deactivate the bios options for bios rollback and try to demand a pasword for firmware updates.

The firmware entry in device manager can be deleted, if you check the option for removing the "drivers’ the files in \windows\firmware\9d1a75ed-b8a0-4d63-9147-b4f344ac9309 will disappear, too.
