HP 255 G4 - HardDrive Driver. Problem with installing Windows Xp

Hi,

I trying installing Windows XP in my laptop HP 255 G4 MOTHERBOARD & CPU AMD A6-6310 LA-C781P . During installation windows XP SP3 HardDrive is no detect, I trying to install some drivers from this website LINK (for AMD MotherBOARD) but I burned about 30 CDrom’s and on all i have got message missing files (name of drivers).

Option COMAPTIBILTY/AHCI/IDE is not visible in BIOS…

Could You tell me what driver I need to integrate(using nlite) with my Windows XP SP3 for install it ?

At this moment on the laptop is installed Windows 8.1

To find out the correct storage driver for the detection of the designed system drive you have to find out
a) the HardwareIDs and
b) the SATA mode (IDE/AHCI/RAID)
of your on-board SATA Controller.
Please run the Device Manager of your currently running Windows OS, expand the sections "IDE ATA/ATAPI Controllers" and "Storage Controllers" and look for devices with the word "Controller" within their name. Then right-click onto them and choose the options "Properties" > "Details" > "Property" > "HardwareIDs".
After having done that, please post the exact name(s) of the Controller(s) your have found and the related HardewareIDs.
