As I wrote: The ME region of your ‘backup’ is corrupted, it’s not unexpected that this image does not boot.
The problem has been solved. Special thanks to the dear forum and thanks to everyone who helped me solve this difficult problem. The solution was easy. I did a complete scan and then re-flashed the modified backup and the device worked.
