I need help updating my Intel vbios!

Hi I tried to follow Guide on how to update your intel GOP Modules. I am on version 195. On that 195 when I enable internal graphics I get a black screen. I assume I need to update to 228 or higher. I’ve tried to do that but I don’t know what I am doing.
I attached a screenshot of my GOP Version. My Processor is an Intel Skylake i7 6700HQ Mobile Processor. Any Help to fix the black screen is much appreciated.

I’ve tried that. After I updated the GOP module, it reset my bios back to normal which still made me have a black screen after enabling internal graphics.
