I tried extracting my bios but i dont know how to use it because of the format

I basically used cpu z to download the bios binaries and it gave me a giant line of code in .txt form, and I’m really wanting to see if I can copy the same thing some guy did on youtube to overclock his ram, honestly im really new to this whole thing and I require some assistance, my pc has a backup bios rom so I feel pretty confident

You didn’t dump your bios binaries, you generated a txt- file which is useless. Do some (a lot) of reading and use the correct tools!

Reconsider that!
