Yes, but you will need NVME Mod BIOS to boot to NVME, and do a clean OS install. Link me to F16j BIOS and I will modify it for you, if you already have a mod BIOS link me to that and I will add NVME mod on top of your other mods.

thank you for replay sir, i read that in f16J last update they do nvme support in this board,anyway i am listen to what you say, i am now work with 1 ssd and 2 hdd, 8TB and more one 8TB, i am buy 970EVO PLUS and wait this is arrived, i buy also adapter to pci express 16X
the last update motherboard worte that they do
1)Beta BIOS
2)Adjust MATS table to improve OS compatibility

You may be correct, I have not looked at that BIOS yet. I would have checked first, that is why I wanted link to BIOS.
I checked, thanks! Yes, it’s already NVME compatible, so all you need to do is clean install and change some BIOS settings to certain things.

EDIT: o you mean that i need only to install the os inside USB FLASH by using Rufus, o ,now i got it, this is the only what i need to do? and also disable the FAST BOOT, and RAPID Secure, i see,tell me the CARD 970 be work normal ,like it was be work if it was in board plug on this, or in PCI E this is lower speed from the plug that is on mobo?
