Regards

Could be various things, all OS related. Maybe it can’t find the file, maybe it doesn’t like the extension, maybe the file is not proper etc. Download the latest firmware from the first post and try the DOS/EFI version of FWUpdate to eliminate any OS-related problems.

Do I understand well that FW Version: 9.0.31.1487 is the latest firmware ?

Regards

As far as version is concerned, yes. But you need the same SKU as well. If your currently have 1.5MB SKU then get that firmware, otherwise the 5MB variant. You can use ME Analyzer with that "OLD.BIN" file you saved to quickly check.

it shows me SKU 5, so I should use which version ? Will this update change something better for my machine ? I use this machine personal and I have installed MEI 1,5 for personal.

Firmware: Intel ME
Version: 9.0.22.1467
Release: Production
Type: Update
SKU: 5MB
VCN: 3
PV: Yes
Date: 09/09/2013
Latest: No

I have installed SKU 5 MB and looks O.K>

I would like to do MEManuf Test Passed but after this my machine reboot and no shows from test nothing  Someting wrong that I can’t do MEM test ?

MEManuf does not require any reboot, just run it via a command line and it should tell you right away if "Operation Passed".

yes but I ran this via command line and this cause reboot my system without any information.

Reboot? Does not make sense. Are you sure it’s not a crash, BSOD or something? What command are you running? What do you see at MEInfo tool instead?

cd c:\Intel ME System Tools v9.0\MeManuf\Windows64

memanufwin64 enter

all as Admin I use this command. maybe it was crash, I don’t know - normalny after this reboot my system.

Try the DOS or EFI version of MEManuf because I suspect your problem is OS/computer specific.

OK but how Can I try DOS or EFI ?

Search google on how to create a bootable usb drive and copy the tool you need there. Same for bootable EFI.

i tried everything and the same. I have Windows 10 Pro with secure boot. maybe here is the problem.

You can try disabling SecureBoot temporarily but I don’t think it’s related. What system is that exactly?

Windows 10 Pro 64 bit .
