Inspiron 15 - 7559 Cant change VarStore for a VarOffset

So: Bios Lock: VarOffset: 0x5A2 VarStore 0x1
Tried : “setup_Var 0x5A2 0x0” returns: Out of range
Tried RU.efi
Changed it, started system, nothing changed.
Tried specific tool found on Internet: AmiSetupWriter.efi
Says value is changed but again nothing changes.

Help?

If you really want help, you should offer some information about your system (manufacturer/model) and add a link to its BIOS.
