Hello, i have spare CPU+ITX board i could use for HTPC, but the board lacks S/PDIF (no headers either). I got and idea that i could try soldering it directly to IC (ALC887) legs but even then i guess it would require a bios mod to make that output visible to OS. I tried looking around with UEFITool but not really seeing anything that looks audio related. I havent found any resources when it comes to audio in the bios modding teritory yet.
