Do you need or just want a new one?
I am going to ask a silly question here but, is this Rom update necessary? or is it just a case of keeping everything up to date?

By the way: The Intel ME Firmware is not an OROM module. All OROM modules are within the CSMCORE file of the AMI UEFI BIOSes. You will not find there any Intel ME module.
