My notebook , QM57 chipset , only can work with Intel RST 13.0.0.1072 . But my hdd is damaged,download link please!
thanks
@Diy371 :
Welcome to the Win-RAID Forum!
According to my knowledge an Intel RST driver with that version number does not exist. Furthermore I seriously doubt, that no other Intel RST driver will work with your system.
Questions:
1. Which OS are you running?
2. To which SATA mode (IDE/AHCI/RAID) has the Intel ATA Controller been set within the BIOS?
3. Which are the HardwareIDs of your on-board Intel SATA Controller?
4. Which SATA driver does your on-board Intel SATA Controller currently use?
Regards
Dieter (alias Fernando)
Intel RST 13.0.0.1072 is a Beta driver signed by Intel on 2nd Nov 2013.
It has these device ID’s:

Thanks for the info. Why haven’t you attached this especially demanded driver?
I neither remember nor have stored any Beta drivers from 2013.
@Diy371 :
The last officially released Intel RST driver from the v13.0 branch is v13.0.0.1098 dated 02/05/2014.
I didn’t upload it as I thought there would be a (newer) WHQL driver with the correct device ID, Intel Beta drivers can do weird things on occasion.
Ok I have uploaded the driver -> intel_rst_13.0.0.1072 Beta
It’s in the same package that I received it from Station Drivers.
Thanks you very much!
I want install windows 7 home basic x64. I download all version of Intel RST from Station Drivers. But when i add-driver to boot.wim and install.wim by dism , boot my notebook, set bios to AHCI , setup program can’t found my hdd.
only this beta drivers work on my notobook , i download it from Station Drivers some years ago . but my hdd down .
Thanks again!

What you have written, cannot be true. I suspect, that you have done something wrong, when you have tried to integrate different Intel RST drivers.
It is simply impossible, that just a specific very old Beta driver is able to detect your system drive. All Intel AHCI drivers, which natively do support your on-board Intel SATA AHCI Controller, will do it (provided, that the target drive is connected to an Intel SATA Controller, which is running in AHCI mode).
What about your HDD? Which function has it within your system? Why is it down? Why haven’t you removed it? To which SATA ports are both Disk Drives connected?
A notebook with no brand. QM57 chipset /intel core i5-450m cpu report by AIDA64. two SATA device,HDD and DVDROM
BIOS support HDD mode IDE/AHCI, before i get INTEL RST 13.0.0.1072,It only can work with IDE mode in win7 and winxp. The old HDD is fell off with i take out and put it to usb cartridge.
New HDD is WDC WD3200BEVT-08A23T1
AHCI : PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_3B2F&SUBSYS_216817AA&REV_06
In windows 10 , it work normally , device manager report AHCI “standard SATA AHCI Controller” . But my software on win10 can’t link to my device through com1
I integrate 13.0.0.1072 to win7 boot.wim and install.wim , UltraISO burn to DVDROM , boot and install smoothly.
I notice RST 13.1/13.2 inf file not support dev_3b2f
RST 12.8 inf file including dev_3b2f , but i get an error "unknow error“ when install rst in win10 ,and integrate to boot.wim/ install.wim ,can’t found hdd when setup by cdrom
@Diy371 :
Thanks for your detailed report.
Yes, but all Intel RST drivers, which belong to the v10, v11 or v12 platform, do support it. The only Intel RST v13 platform driver, which contains the HardwareIDs of your on-board Intel SATA AHCI Controller, is the Beta driver v13.0.0.1072, but this does not mean, that it is the best choice for your system. Please keep in mind, that the Intel RST v13 platform has been designed for Intel Chipsets from 7- resp. 8-Series up. The first officially released Intel RST v13 platform driver was v13.0.0.1098 WHQL and doesn’t support any Intel 5-Series Chipset.
Did you install the “pure” driver or the complete RST Drivers & Software Set?
By the way: I do not recommend to install the RST Software, if the Intel SATA Controller is running in AHCI mode.
