7.5.0.1150 (>7.5.1030)
7.5.0.1150.rar (174 KB)
I just want to return that I flashed the Intel Raid ROM/EFI 18.35.0.4635/18.31.1.5256 with no issues so far, a quick observation it looks a little bit slower, when calculating hashes it starts slowly and then becomes fast maybe faster than the old 17.8.4, but for sure it starts slower.
Strange though it occupied more size in the bios (few bytes more) although the efi file for 18.31.1 (260,000 bytes) is smaller than 17.8.4 (271,904 byte)!!!
Will return if I got any errors later, but so far none.
Edit: I take back, the ROM/RFI 18 is the fastest, today I hit 8.2GB/min i.e. 140mb/s, and not it is starting immediately at 8.1GB/s, yesterday I tested so many times and it was starting at 3GB/s and slowly going up towards 8, strange, I didnāt even restart windows since yesterday and there was no heavy loads. So so far the rom/efi 18 is the best, maybe more compatible with the driver 18 I am using

EFI Intel VROC for SATA & sSATA - 6.1.0.1017

@westlake :
Thanks for the attached RAR archive with several BIOS modules, but the Windows Defender detected a Virus and didnāt allow me to unzip the archive.
Works just fine for me (ESET), so only a Defender false positiveā¦
@westlake :
Thanks for the *.ZIP archive, which didnāt give me any Virus alarm.
Meanwhile I have updated the start post by adding the āIntel-RSTe_VMD-VROC-modules_v7.5.0.1052_without-headerā. All other modules, which you had put into the package, were already offered by me.
EFI Intel RST for SATA - 18.1.1.5201
I think this is newer than 18.31.1.5256, but not sure.
@westlake :
Thanks for the link, but this is an Intel RST VMD and not an Intel RST RAID EFI module.
Here is the proof:
EFI Intel Raid Driver 18.31.51.5346.
Found in BIOS on support pages for that Dell Inspiron 7500, which also provided the new 18.6.3.1019 Intel RST driversā pack.
No any Raid ROM inside though.
RaidDriver_18.31.51.5346.rar (96.9 KB)
Updated successfully to 18.31.51.5346, no issues so far.
The only one thing since I started updating RaidDriver and ROM modules, it is not even an issue, the in the bios storage information in the bios canāt detect my drives, but in the Intel Raid page it can.
I am thinking my some of bios modules are not compatible with the new EFI/ROM drivers, anyone having this issue?
@jen11 :
Which Intel chipset has your system?
Which Intel EFI RaidDriver version is within the latest original mainboard BIOS?
Is the on-board Intel SATA Controller usually running in AHCI or in RAID mode (w/o the creation of any RAID array)?
Why did you update the Intel EFI RaidDriver at all?
