I was hoping someone would be able to explain how these drivers work. In all drivers up to 4.1, there was parity verification. These simply show blocks with media errors. I was not impressed when testing 4.2 series drivers on Server 2008r2, after a stress test the raid 1 volume degraded. I am now testing on Server 2012r2. Can anyone fill me in?

You are not the only RAID user, who has problems with the Intel RSTe drivers v4.x.x.xxxx series.
It would be a good idea to ask your question within the Intel Communities Forum (>LINK<). Thisc way you may get some additional informations from an Intel employee.
