I have an hp omen laptop with an i9 10885h and 2080 super max q 80W. It can be increased to 90w with the performance mode in the control panel but the fans ramp up with a tiny load in that mode. I figured it could be possible to flash the gpu to 90W and uninstall the control panel and the fans would be in a lower state. There is plenty of thermal headroom as when its at 80W and the fans are low it only ever hits 67C
