Hi, I have a Q670 based board with Core i-7 12700 CPU.
I wonder is it possible to upgrade microcode to raptor lake and use i-7 14700/F CPU afterwards? Is 14th gen CPUs compatible with Q670 chipset ?

But there’s a catch and it’s the hardest part. It’s a Dell Optiplex 7000SFF. And I think this lowers the chance of success
Some 13th generation models would work (B06F2, B06F5), but not 14th generation models. The BIOS does not include 14th generation CPU microcode. I do not know if DELL BIOS can be modified.
