Is there any way to make AMD fTPM work on Windows 7?

I’m just experimenting here, and i tried activating BitLocker on my C:\ drive, but Windows says it doesn’t have any TPM devices, even though the module is detected on device manager. Also, when i open tpm.msc, it says not compatible hardware is found.
Windows 10 recognizes it perfectly and allows Bitlocker to be turned ON, even with CSM.
I have KB2920188 installed on Windows 7 x64 Ultimate, my mobo is a X570 Aorus Master and my CPU is a 5950x. I also tried uninstalling the Trusted Plataform Module 2.0 device and letting Windows install its own drivers instead, but nothing changed

Here is a pic of the bug

Set the TPM2.0 to TPM1.2 in the BIOS.

It BSODs :frowning:
