I’m new in this forum and i’m interesting in the modding of the AMI BIOS Aptio 4 of my laptop, an Asus K56CB. I follow the guides on the forum about ME update, the utilization of UBU, the upgrading of the Intel vBios without any problems. I have upgraded every module of my bios, only for fun, with the help of an external SPI programmer to recover the BIOS in case of emergency.
The only thing I can’t find here in this forum is a guide on how to unlock the vBIOS of the dedicated graphic card of nVidia, in my case a GT 740M. I successful extracted the vBios from the main laptop BIOS using MMTool and i opened it with Kepler Bios Tweaker, but i noticed that in the tweaker the “power table” tab was empty.
So, my questions are:
Is there some procedure to unlock the power table for my vBIOS? How can i unlock the cursors in overclocking utilities like nVidiaInspector or MSIAfterburner?
Hope this is the right place in which ask for these things and there are no other posts in which the theme has been treated.
