Launching AMI AFU tool, AFUWINGUI, freezes OS (Win 10 x64)

Interesting problem where running afuwinx64 gui literally freezes the OS. Like a kernel level crash… minus the actual crash…
afuwin tool downloaded from, https://ami.com/en/download-license-agre…ate_Utility.zip, … (it’s version 3.09.03.1462).
OS is Win 10.0.17134 x64(Redstone 4, April 2018 update… next major update from Creator’s Update)

Can’t collect debug, or crash or anything… It literally freezes OS…

Thoughts ?
