You have to be 100% sure that the files got flashed successfully! Did you remove the CMOS and main battery for some minutes and push the power button for some seconds (or any other Lenovo recommended discharge procedure)?

Yeah I flashed it with no battery connected (CMOS and system)… And Asprogrammer pass verification two times in row!

Gave up, looks like the issue is much deeper than simple BIOS failure… Dropped my laptop at the official Lenovo service.

Sorry to hear that. In your case I saw a chance to revive the board with one of the files I attached since there really was corruption / a mixture of old and new EFI volumes:
