Hello! I’m new to forum, and I ask how can I get .bin or .rom file for flashing my Lenovo E480 laptop using CH 341A programmer?

  • ALWAYS make a valid dump of the chip you’re going to overwrte / flash!
    Valid dump meaning at least 2 a 100% identical dumps which have a valid structure in UEFIToolNE and a structure that is at least quite close to what you intend to flash.

  • Find out which firmware type your machine needs- there are two different types in the latest bios region update from Lenovo, see pic from unpacked update file.
