Lenovo x1 Carbon post bios chip flash issues

Hello everyone,

I was pulling my bios with a raspberry pi and the power coming from the board. After a while of trying to read, the system just started flashing the power button three times. I got a CH341a and clip to flash it properly, and even ended up replacing the bios chip (same chip). The power button flashing always happened when I plugged in my charging cable.

I replaced the chip and after a couple of rounds of the power button flashing, the laptop just stopped reacting to power. The fan won’t even spin when the power is plugged in.

Any ideas of what could be wrong? There is no battery attached currently, and it does the same thing whether all cables are plugged into the board or they are disconnected.

from what i remember three times power button flashing is normal behavior for X1 Carbon when plug in so i dont see anything wrong in your case.
