Questions:
1. Why do you want to update the Intel RAID modules of the BIOS?
2. Are you running your notebook in RAID mode?
I ask this, because the Intel RAID ROM resp. the Intel EFI "SataDriver" will only be used, when the Intel SATA Controller has been set to "RAID" mode…
i don’t need raid modules.
just need intel gop and Intel EFI SataDriver update.

And you are sure, that it is the missing/wrong GopDriver, which is responsable for the Win10 crash?

old intel gop = driver and windows10 crash.
new intel gop = driver and windows10 not crash.
maybe i think wddm2.0 or intel → nvidia optimus (linkage error)
It is possible to open the BIOS by using the AMI Aptio MMTool, but the UBU Tool gives the message, that it is not an AMI Aptio UEFI BIOS.
I suspect, that your problem has been caused by the NVIDIA graphics driver and has nothing to do with the BIOS modules.
