As far as i know there is three brands that sell this product: T-Bao TBOOK MN35 (https://es.aliexpress.com/item/1005002597545564.html)
, the Minisforum DeskMini DMAF5 (https://store.minisforum.com/products/deskmini-dmaf5-amd-ryzen-5-3550h) , and the Chatreey AN1 Mini PC (https://es.aliexpress.com/item/1005001854310257.html). All of them have the same motherboard: HC HCAR357-MI with AMI BIOS.
I have the last one, the Chatreey AN1.
Recently, in the forums of the DeskMini DMAF5 (https://bbs.minisforum.com/threads/tpm-2-0.1800/), have been officially released a new BIOS for this model that adds new funcionalities to the BIOS (TPM 2.0, secure boot…). This BIOS have been successfully flashed in the TBAO MN-35, but in the Chatreey AN1 doesn’t boot. (([Request] FTPM support for AMD NUC (HC HCAR357-MI))
I have flashed the BIOS with the commandline AFUWINx64.EXE AF5PN01.rom /p /b /n /k /x /reboot
Comparing the original BIOS of this models there are some differences like having 1 more FV than mine, Boot Block located at different FV (from 6th to 7th FV), and some differences in Nested FVs. The GUIDs of both match, but Firmware IDs have little differences.
Here is the original BIOS of the Tbao MN35, the Chatreey MN1, and the updated BIOS of the DMAF5 with the reports by MMTool 5.02_patched.
Anybody can help me with this? What can be the problem? Is there a way to modify the Chatreey BIOS with the DMAF5updated BIOS made by MINIS to add their mods?
