Is it possible to mod thé bios to unlock thé cpu multiplier?

it’s not possible to modify the bios bc intel’s b560 doesen’t allow that.
at best, you could get access to power and voltage managment with a bios mod but not unlock the multiplier.
intel physically fuses the cpu multiplier in non-K chips
intel ME locks it and the code to change that is in the chipset itself
