I installed Windows 7 on my XPS 15 7590 with editing the EFI variables through grub to turn on legacy option roms, whilst every other driver installs I cant get the 1650 to work properly like on one hand the GPU works but the cpu package power is at 6.1 watts and battery runtimes are bad but when I spoof it to something else lik the mx450 graphics acceleration and sleep doesnt work. I tried to mod the windows 10 driver 452 but It returned code 39. Is there a way to fix this or can someone mod that driver which supports the vendor for my 1650 to work properly under Windows 7? Ill attach the vendor ID. I really need help asap
