What does a full unlock mean? All options available to you in the GUI of the BIOS? Because many things can be toggled in a UEFI shell, options hidden in the BIOS GUI itself. But maybe you meant a different type of unlock. I’m new here too.
All options avaliable, removing white list, etc.
Pretty sure you can do that in UEFI. You’d have to check what options are available to be configured in UEFI shell.
