Great forum. Heaps of information to look through. Still a bit confusing, but im learning my way around and thought i would sign up.
Just a quick question that may seem very obvious to you.
I just upgraded to a Gigabyte H170-HD3 motherboard and had planned on buying a non-k chipset.
I ended up getting a good price on an i7-6700k, so bought it. Obviously, overclocking is locked on the H series motherboard.
Is it possible to bios flash to unlock multiplier and voltages?

It may be possible, but I personally do not know how to do it.
I hope, that someone else can help you.
Maybe it would be a good idea, if you choose a more meaningful thread title.
