Motherboard microcode removal

Hello,
I have the Biostar B250 BTC motherboard running with an i7-7700(non-k) and I found out that this BIOS file
that I have on hand has a security patch inside of it, I would like it to be removed as my CPU is not that
powerful and if possible that would give me a small performance boost. Thanks in advance.

Here is the BIOS in question: https://mega.nz/#!IpsEDKRb!gbAKZ_wR9mBB7…3py73RAu64YqWss

I dont see any Security on that Screenshot (Microcodes), Spectre/Meltdown is dated on 2018-1 or 2018-2.

@KristjanValm - Yes, as St1cky mentioned. All microcodes before the following date = pre-spectre/meltdown patches >> 2018-01-04

Okay thanks for responding but isn’t that YES there indicating a security patch?.. or something that could cost performance haha

That YES means that its the latest Microcode Patch for the CPUID 506E8 according to your DB (2019/Sep) r127 in UBU.

If you have a 7700k its not your CPU Microcode anyway. ( 906E9 )

Just keep in mind to remove Windows CPU Microcodes or Windows will not use your BIOS Microcode if its older then the OS MCs.
