Msi amd motherboards and fast boot option hidden

All msi motherboards b550 chipset at least have the fast boot option in bios that work and it is hidden.

Download msi fast boot app. (msi fast boot 1.0.15)

It will work. From boot 20 sec to 9sec.

Gigabyte and asrock have this option unlocked.
