By any chance anyone on this forum could mod the B350 PC MATE motherboard bios to support latest Ryzen 5000 series?

No one will do such mod.
The bios will need to have a new AGESA V2 for Ryzen 5000 support. There is no known method to just replace the old AGESA with a new one.
Your best bet would be crossflashing with a B450 bios. Look for a bios from a B450 board with the same Multi I/O chip (Nuvoton NCT6795) and a 16Kb ROM size.
