MSI GT72-6QD Intel ME Issue [Help]

Hello i require abit of assistance.

I flashed the latest Intel ME for my laptop from the Laptops support page, Intel ME Update Tool_ME11871.
All seemed good but soon came apparent that this update would make a stable system feel like a system with Power IC failure with constant changing from AC to Battery and random shutdowns.

Long story short after going into the bios and Disabling Intel ME the issue went away, now i have Full bios dumps from a USB Programmer from the chip in my laptop.

So if i wanted to get Intel ME working again as access to Intel ME is now blocked as its temporary disabled in bios and selecting Enabled just resets back to Disabled after reboot.

I take it i can just erase the Bios chip and reflash the Backups i made via the USB Programmer and i am good to go again?
The system is working fine with Intel ME Disabled like so, but as i am not sure what Intel ME controls other then HDCP 2.2 then might be best to get it working again.

I do have the SPI dumps i even have FPT dumps of just BIOS and FULL dump however i get

4

Error 318: The host CPU does not have read access to the target flash area. To enable read access for this operation you must modify the descriptor settings to give host access to this region.
FPT Operation Failed.

Any help would be kindly received.

Right i will be replacing the battery of my laptop on Monday hopefully, so it will be the best time to flash the Bios with the SPI dump i have when i upgraded my GPU from at GTX970m to a GTX 1060. I just want to confirm that if i flash the SPI dump it just a simple case of clearing CMOS and then running fpt -greset.
