I am starting this thread about my laptop MSI GT83VR 7RF Titan SLI just to attach the OROM VBIOS file after I transferred the settings to make it easier if anyone with the same model wants to try it out.
I don’t recommend modding a bios file unless you are an expert and know what are you doing, cause not only you may brick your device, but you may make it slower. The only reason I tried to modify my bios is cause I had problems due to Intel ME and turned out it was Windows 1909, and all the issues I had were fixed when I updated to Windows 2004, except of the high CPU usage when IDLE, and I could address it by disabling RunFullMemoryDiagnostic in the Windows task scheduler.
I use Intel (R) Flash Programming Tool to save and flash my modded bios. And I use RU 5.28.0396 to unlock my bios.
I recommend using UBU tool to modify the bios file, no issues using it, although I have other methods to confirm, but UBU tool is safe and has the latest modules.
Here are the UBU tool result as of today, cause I keep updating when new modules are released.

I am adding screenshots as they can show how it will looks like:
I am attaching the OROM VBIOS version 1062 after transferring my bios settings to it, I did a comparison and the only thing changed from the original file is the mini-display port settings, if you use the original file without transferring the setting will have problem with the mini-display port, so you must use this file if you want to update. WARNING the attached OROM VBIOS is ONLY for MSI GT83VR 7RF Titan SLI.
I will update in case I did something new.
