My toshiba satellite pro c850-1d5 shuts down every 30 mins

I have a toshiba satellite pro c850-1d5 laptop that was in good condition until rain water spoilt the motherboard which needed to be changed.
After changing the motherboard the laptop shuts down every 30 mins no matter where you are or what your are doing with it.
I am a novice when it comes to bios issues and i have no programmer (read about it here in a thread).
Please would be very grateful if i can be guided on step by step method of solving this my dilema.
I am good with using softwares but dont know anything about the hardware part… Please help

New motherboard is based on HM70 chipset. This chipset has well known problem and can’t run i3/i5/i7 more then 30 minutes. Only hub replacing will help.

So only another motherboard replacement is the solution
